Auburn Yoga and Pilates offers a wide variety of classes at times that are convenient to almost any schedule!  I take yoga, pilates, strength and spin classes throughout the week.  The instructors are incredible – they provide challenging classes but always offer modifications and they emphasize proper form so we get the most out of the work we do.  The people that go to here are friendly and fun — it’s my home away from home!
