Michelle was an athlete straight through college. In 2003, she began taking pilates classes, and she became a pilates instructor in 2006 after taking pilates trainings through AAAI-ISMA. As a yoga and spin student at AYPC, she fell in love with two disciplines and decided to pursue teacher trainings in both. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification through Yogafit. Michelle is also spin certified, and she is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified personal trainer.
