Kate has been practicing Pilates since 2007, becoming an instructor in 2014 through AAAI/ISMA, holding Phase 1 and 2 certifications. She also holds her Group Exercise Certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Recently, she’s completed teacher training in BarFusion, a Barre method that combines Barre, Pilates, and strength training into a total body workout. As a runner, both of these practices have helped improve form, flexibility, and stamina for longer distances. When she’s not at the studio, Kate enjoys adventures with family and friends.
