Rental and Workshop Rates

AYPC has two options available for healers, coaches, consultants, or wellness advocates who needs a space to hold their event.  


Workshop Rates

A split charge of 60%/40% (you/studio) of the total income for your workshop.

Advertising included:

  • Listing on our website (we collect payment and registration for you with the bonus ability for your clients to pay with a credit card)
  • Listing in our e-newsletter (over 3000 subscribers)
  • Inclusion of your event on other social media and newsletters
  • Flyer Design, 4 copies hung at the studio and a PDF version for you to print and distribute

Items available for your use during the workshop include stereo equipment, yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, eye pillows, chairs, stability balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, etc.

Additional
  • Do you need the space cleaned after your event?  $30 (or you can choose to clean yourself)
  • We typically try to set up an ambassador for your event who attends free of charge. The ambassador will assist in setting up, registration, cleaning up, and closing.  In the event that there is not an ambassador available there may be an additional $10 charge to lock and unlock the space.

Rental Rates (Does not include advertising or registration)

$25/hr if you clean-up yourself

$40/hr if “we do the cleaning*

Chairs and folding tables are available 

Space will comfortably accommodate at least 25 people

Available times are:

  • Monday through Friday from 12-4PM
  • Friday from 4-10PM
  • Saturday from 1-10PM
  • Sundays from 11AM-10PM

When booking your time, please make sure to include time for setup and clean-up
